AIR AMBULANCE SERVICE

Care Flight International offers worldwide air ambulance service 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week and 365 days a year. Once the flight is confirmed, CFI dispatches one of our nationally recognized medical teams from one of our bases of operation. When calling our International Flight Coordination Department, our Trilingual (English-Spanish-French) flight coordinators will assist you in determining the medical needs of your patient in regard of the optimum mode of transport and provide you with an immediate estimate of your transfer cost. In addition, our flight coordinators are experienced in opening foreign airports at any time of day or night, and are experts at locating the closest airport in a rural or remote location. Each flight team is staffed with a Physician, Nurse and/or Paramedic depending on each case. Our state-of-the-art Life Port Stretcher system and Medical equipmentprovide our medical teams the necessary tools to handle a wide variety of patient transports, including cardiovascular, trauma, and neonatal, to name a few.

BEDSIDE TO BEDSIDE SERVICE

At Care Flight International we know that you are passing by a critical situation, so we coordinate the communication with the Specialized Physician that would go on board, with the Doctor at the hospital the patient would go as the final destination and the ground ambulances from the departure and arrival sight. In addition, we take care of all the services of Customs and Immigration so you have no worries, Ground Ambulance service. We'll give you the best qualified and complete service.

COMMERCIAL AIRLINE STRETCHER TRANSPORT AND MEDICAL ESCORT SERVICES

Sometimes a patient's condition doesn't warrant the use
of an air ambulance, but the patient still needs to be transported on a stretcher and needs medical attention while returning home or to another medical facility.
In this case, Care Flight International can make arrangements on commercial airlines to place a stretcher and provide medical staff to assist the patient throughout his or her trip. In addition, Care Flight International offers Medical Escort Services to patients who don't need a stretcher, but do need someone to monitor the patient, administer medications and assist the patient with all aspects of their travel.

GROUND AMBULANCE SERVICE

Beside our aeromedical services, Care Flight International has a fleet of Critical Care Transport Units strategically located in Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta and Cancun. We know that is very important to provide the best quality to our patients, with the most convenient price, our Units of Critical Care Transport satisfy those needs. We have ground units for those persons with incapacity like the using of wheelchairs; we have a hydraulic ramp on each ground ambulance. The Physicians, Nurses and Paramedics in charge of this service, have the same experience used in the aeromedical services, and they follow the same medical protocols as the rest of our services.

SPECIALTY CARE TEAMS

Care Flight International Specialty Care Teams are readily available to provide ground and fixed wing transport of critically ill adult, neonatal or pediatric patients. A call to our communications center will put you in touch with the adult/ neonatal/pediatric Medical Control Physician who will assess your patient's needs and determine the best mode of transport.
Our Neonatal Critical Care Flight Teams are staffed with a Neonatologist and a specially trained nurse, who carry special equipment designed for the transport of these patients.

Corporate Aircraft Outfitting
Care Flight International is able to configure your private aircraft for compliance with FAA regulations. If you own an aircraft and would like to use it to transport a friend or family member, Care Flight International can outfit your aircraft with our stretcher system and provide the medical staff and medical equipment to handle the transport.
